Sponsorship of the official Symposium lanyards offers excellent exposure as it provides one organisation with leading sponsorship benefits during the Symposium. The lanyard will be attached to the Symposium name badge and worn by all delegates, sponsors/exhibitors and speakers for the duration of the Symposium.
Sponsor Entitlements
- Your company's logo to appear on the Symposium lanyards alongside the IHEA corporate logo (organising committee's discretion as to logo being printed in full colour or mono)
- Lanyards will be sourced by the Symposium organisers. An artwork proof of the branding on the lanyard will be sent to you prior to print production for your approval. Logo to be supplied by the sponsor in .EPS format.
- One (1) complimentary Symposium registration which includes access to day catering, plenary sessions, welcome reception and Symposium dinner

Attendance List
- Electronic delegate list (name, position, and organisation) to be made available 1 week prior to the Symposium, and final delegate list post Symposium subject to delegate consent.
